We hope you love your Ernestelle pieces. However, if for any reason you wish to return your order, return requests may be made within 14 days of delivery.
Return requirements
Returned items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Include all original tags and hygiene protections
- Be returned in original packaging
Hygiene policy
For hygiene reasons, returns may be refused if the protective hygiene strip has been removed or if the item shows signs of wear.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
